Red Hat 3scale API Management 2.16.2 provides the following new features and enhancements:

  • Added compatibility with OpenShift 4.20
  • Update methods and mapping rules at once in a Product or Backend CR THREESCALE-12074
  • Security and stability improvements

2.2. Resolved issues

Red Hat 3scale API Management 2.16.2 resolves the following issues:

  • Deleting a Product CR in a failed state does not remove the product configuration THREESCALE-11824

2.3. Known issues

Known issue in Red Hat 3scale API Management 2.16.2 is as follows:

  • After upgrading from 3scale 2.15 to 2.16, the Admin Portal may show an internal error when accessing resources such as Products, Backends, or Accounts. In some cases, APIcast may also fail to start due to configuration loading errors. Deleting the the system-app-pre job and restarting the system-app deplyoment solves the issue. THREESCALE-12307
