B.1. Changes in GCC

GCC in Red Hat Developer Toolset 12.1 has been updated to GCC 12.2.1, which provides many bug fixes and enhancements that are available in upstream GCC.

B.2. Changes in Annobin

Annobin in Red Hat Developer Toolset 12.1 has been updated to Annobin 11.08.

B.3. Changes in binutils

With the release of Red Hat Developer Toolset 12.1, a security update is available for binutils 2.36.1.
