2.3.1. Run the Broker as a service

In production scenarios, Red Hat Enterprise Messaging is usually run as a service. To start the broker as a service, with root privileges run the command:
```
service qpidd start
```
The message broker starts with the message:
```
Starting Qpid AMQP daemon:                                 [  OK  ]
```
