Offer Summary: From July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Red Hat is offering a 50% discount off the local manufacturer’s suggested retail price (the “MSRP”) of AI267LS - “Developing and Deploying AI/ML Applications on Red Hat OpenShift AI - Red Hat Learning Subscription Course”, per the guidelines set forth herein (the “Offer”).

Promotional Period: This offer is valid from July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligible Red Hat Training Products: The following Red Hat Training Products are included in this Offer (the “Eligible Products”):

  • AI267LS “Developing and Deploying AI/ML Applications on Red Hat OpenShift AI - Red Hat Learning Subscription Course”

  • Offer: From July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”) Red Hat is offering a 50% discount off the local manufacturer’s suggested retail price (the “MSRP”) of AI267LS - “Developing and Deploying AI/ML Applications on Red Hat OpenShift AI - Red Hat Learning Subscription Course”, per the guidelines set forth herein (the “Offer”).
  • Eligible Products: This Offer is limited to AI267LS “Developing and Deploying AI/ML Applications on Red Hat OpenShift AI - Red Hat Learning Subscription Course”.
  • Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Orders placed outside of the Promotional Period are excluded.
  • Order Requirements: To receive the Offer for the Eligible Products, the customer must: (1) place their order during the Promotional Period; (2) make payment in full at the time of purchase.
  • Training Units: Customer may redeem Red Hat Training Units to purchase the Eligible Products at the Offer price.
  • Offer Availability and Cancellation: Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without notice.
  • Non-Transferrable: This Offer is non-transferrable, and no assignments or substitutions are allowed.
  • No Offer Combinations: This Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, bundles, or coupons., except as expressly provided herein.
  • Violation of Terms: If customer violates any of the Offer terms, or the terms of the Red Hat Training Policies, the Offer will be invalid.
  • Void Where Prohibited: Offer is void where prohibited by law.
  • All Red Hat Training Policies Apply: Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hat-training-policies) (the “Agreements”) shall apply to the Red Hat Product(s) sold in connection with this Offer.
  • ​Conflicts in Terms: In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Offer and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of the Offer during the Promotional Period.
