Chapter 4. Deploying the configured back ends

To deploy the configured back ends, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Log in as the stack user.

  2. Run the following command to deploy the custom back end configuration: 

    $ openstack overcloud deploy --templates -e /home/stack/templates/custom-env.yaml
    Copy to Clipboard
Important

If you passed any extra environment files when you created the overcloud, pass them again here using the -e option to avoid making undesired changes to the overcloud.
