1.1. Upgraded Operator

In this patch release, the Red Hat Single Sign-On Operator internals were upgraded to the latest version of the Operator SDK. This upgrade allows the Operator to benefit from the latest security fixes and improvements.
While this is a major upgrade requiring significant changes in the Operator code, the supported Operator feature set and CRDs remain unchanged.
