第1章 Telemetry について

Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS) は、製品の使用状況と製品設定に関する匿名の集計情報を収集します。これは、製品がどのように使用されているかを Red Hat が理解し、改善のために優先すべき領域を特定するのに役立ちます。さらに、Red Hat はこの情報をユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上に使用します。

1.1. Telemetry で収集される情報

Telemetry は、ユーザー名、パスワード、ユーザーリソースの名前またはアドレスなどの識別情報を収集しません。

注記

オフラインモードが有効になっているインストールを除き、Telemetry データの収集はデフォルトで有効になっています。

Telemetry は次の情報を収集します。

  • API、roxctl CLI、およびユーザーインターフェイス (UI) の機能と設定。ユーザーが Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS) をどのように使用しているかを把握し、改善の取り組みの優先順位付けに役立てます。
  • UI 画面に費やす時間。ユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上に役立てます。
  • 統合情報。使用されない統合があるかを把握するために使用します。
  • 接続されている保護されたクラスターの数とその設定。
  • 発生したエラーの情報。最も一般的な問題を特定するために使用します。

第2章 Telemetry からのオプトアウト

テレメトリーをオプトアウトするかどうかは、お客様のニーズと要件、および準拠が求められる規制やポリシーに基づいて決定する必要があります。

2.1. Telemetry の無効化による影響

Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS) バージョン 4.0 では、Telemetry をオプトアウトできます。ただし、Telemetry はコアコンポーネントとして組み込まれているため、オプトアウトすることは強く推奨されません。Telemetry をオプトアウトすると、Red Hat は製品がどのように使用されているか、改善のためにどの領域を優先すべきかを十分に把握できません。

2.2. Telemetry の無効化

環境でキーを設定して Telemetry を設定した場合は、Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS) ユーザーインターフェイス (UI) から Telemetry データの収集を無効にできます。

手順

  1. RHACS ポータルで、Platform Configuration > System Configuration に移動します。
  2. System Configuration ヘッダーで、Edit をクリックします。
  3. 下にスクロールして、Online Telemetry Data Collection が Disabled に設定されていることを確認します。
