第20章 Role-based access control for branches in Business Central

Procedure

1. In Business Central, go to Menu Design Projects.

2. If needed, add a new contributor:

   1. Click the project name and then click the Contributors tab.
   2. Click Add Contributor.
   3. Select the role name from the admin pull-down menu, for example, analyst.
   4. Select the Contributor role type from the Owner pull-down menu.
   5. Click Ok.

3. Customize role-based branch access for the relevant contributor:

   1. Click Settings Branch Management.
   2. Select the branch name from the Branch Management pull-down menu.
   3. In the Role Access section, select or deselect the permissions check boxes to specify role-based branch access for each available role type.
   4. Click Save and click Save again to confirm your changes.
