Create an address scope for a given tenant.

Positional arguments

NAME: Specify the name of the address scope.
IP_VERSION: Specify the address family of the address scope.

Optional arguments

-h, --help: show this help message and exit
--request-format {json}: DEPRECATED! Only JSON request format is supported.
--tenant-id TENANT_ID: The owner tenant ID.
--shared: Set the address scope as shared.
