1.11. 过滤和管道配置

Pipeline 配置现在只定义到其输出目的地的输入源路由，任何所需的转换都会作为过滤器单独配置。本发行版本中管道的所有属性都已转换为过滤器。单个过滤器在 filters 规格中定义，并由管道引用。
