Create a RBAC policy for a given tenant.

Positional arguments

RBAC_OBJECT: ID or name of the RBAC object.

Optional arguments

-h, --help: show this help message and exit
--request-format {json}: DEPRECATED! Only JSON request format is supported.
--tenant-id TENANT_ID: The owner tenant ID.
--type {qos-policy,network}: Type of the object that RBAC policy affects.
--target-tenant TARGET_TENANT: ID of the tenant to which the RBAC policy will be
enforced.
--action {access_as_external,access_as_shared}: Action for the RBAC policy.
