If your Operator deployed applications on the cluster or configured off-cluster resources, these will continue to run and require manual cleanup.

$ oc delete crd issuers.certmanager.k8s.io customresourcedefinition.apiextensions.k8s.io "issuers.certmanager.k8s.io" deleted
