RHEV presently supports the following operating systems for use on its guest virtual machines:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 (32 bit and 64 bit)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (32 bit and 64 bit)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32 bit and 64 bit)
Windows XP Service Pack 3 and newer (32 bit only)
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 and newer (32 bit and 64 bit)
Windows Server 2008 (32 bit and 64 bit)
Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit only)
Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit)
