Export a workflow

You can export a workflow as a JSON file from the Workflows page, the workflow builder, or the Version history panel.

Before you begin

  • You have permission to manage workflows in the project.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • From the Workflows page, locate the workflow you want to export. Click the options menu (⋮) on that row and select Export workflow.
    • From the workflow builder, click the options menu (⋮) in the upper right of the toolbar and select Export workflow.
    • From the Version history panel, click the options menu (⋮) on the specific version you want to export and select Export workflow.
  2. Make sure that the workflow definition downloads to your local machine.

Results

  • Check the workflow name and version number in the filename.
