Chapter 14. Configuring the Transactions Subsystem

The transactions subsystem allows you to configure the Transaction Manager (TM) options, such as timeout values, transaction logging, statistics collection, and whether to use Java Transaction Service (JTS). JBoss EAP provides transactional services using the Narayana framework. This framework leverages support for a broad range of transaction protocols based on standards, such as JTA, JTS, Web Service transactions, REST transactions, Software Transactional Memory (STM), and XATMI/TX specifications.

For more information, see Managing Transactions on JBoss EAP.
