13.8.4. NotifyFiles

Class	`NotifyFiles`
Purpose	Performs a notification by writing the contents of the ESB message to a specified set of files.
Attributes	none
Child	file
Child Attributes	`append` – if value is true, append the notification to an existing file `URI` – any valid URI specifying a file
