Abstract
The RHEL in-place upgrade uses the Leapp utility to perform an upgrade from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10. During the in-place upgrade, the existing RHEL 9 operating system is replaced by a RHEL 10 version.
