B.98.1. RHBA-2010:0847 — tuned bug fix update

Updated tuned packages that fix profiles performing I/O scheduler changes.

Tuned is a utility for tuning system performance and power-consumption. Various profiles are available.

Bug Fix

BZ#638975: Prior to this update, I/O scheduler changes were not applied to device mapper (dm) devices, which affected the enterprise-storage, latency-performance and throughput-performance profiles. This error has been fixed, device mapper devices have been added to the "ELEVATOR_TUNE_DEVS" list, and I/O scheduler changes are now applied to all devices as expected.

All users of tuned are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which resolve this issue.
