This is a basic initialization/un-initialization sequence:
smooks = new Smooks(..);
// Initialize all annotated components
@Initialize
// Use the smooks instance through a series of filterSource invocations...
smooks.filterSource(...);
smooks.filterSource(...);
smooks.filterSource(...);
... etc ...
smooks.close();
// Uninitialize all annotated components
@Uninitialize
smooks = new Smooks(..);
// Initialize all annotated components
@Initialize
// Use the smooks instance through a series of filterSource invocations...
smooks.filterSource(...);
smooks.filterSource(...);
smooks.filterSource(...);
... etc ...
smooks.close();
