The most recent list of supported hardware can be found in the Red Hat Gluster Storage Server Compatible Physical, Virtual Server and Client OS Platforms List , available online at https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/articles/66206. You must ensure that your environments meets the hardware compatibility outlined in this article. Hardware specifications change rapidly and full compatibility is not guaranteed.

Hardware compatibility is a particularly important concern if you have an older or custom-built system.
