Deprecated - being replaced by listErrata(string sessionKey, string channelLabel, dateTime.iso8601 startDate, dateTime.iso8601)

  - string advisory - name of the advisory
  - string issue_date - date format follows YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS
