9.10.8. Configuring Node Settings
The following instructions describe how to configure the settings for your chosen host names and domain name.
Procedure 9.10. To Configure the Node Host Settings:
- Open the
/etc/openshift/node.conffile and set the value ofPUBLIC_IPto the IP address of the node host. - Set the value of
CLOUD_DOMAINto the domain you are using for your OpenShift Enterprise installation. - Set the value of
PUBLIC_HOSTNAMEto the host name of the node host. - Set the value of
BROKER_HOSTto the host name or IP address of your broker host (Host 1). - Open the
/etc/openshift/env/OPENSHIFT_BROKER_HOSTfile and enter the host name of your broker host (Host 1). - Open the
/etc/openshift/env/OPENSHIFT_CLOUD_DOMAINfile and enter the domain you are using for your OpenShift Enterprise installation. - Run the following command to set the appropriate
ServerNamein the node host's Apache configuration:sed -i -e "s/ServerName .*\$/ServerName `hostname`/" \ /etc/httpd/conf.d/000001_openshift_origin_node_servername.conf
