Show compute and block storage limits
Usage:
openstack limits show [-h] [-f {csv,json,table,value,yaml}] [-c COLUMN]

[--fit-width] [--print-empty]

| --reserved | Include reservations count [only valid with --absolute] |

| --domain <domain> | Domain the project belongs to (name or id) [only valid with --absolute] |

| --print-empty | Print empty table if there is no data to show. |
