Chapter 6. Container validation

If your driver is included as part of RHOSO (In-tree), you do not need to certify a custom container image. However, if you provide your own container image (Out-of-tree), you must certify the container image with Red Hat Connect as a prerequisite. For more information on container image certification, see Integrating partner content.

When you create a new product request for RHOSO on Red Hat Connect, you can initially select Tech-Preview as the Release Category. After certifying the container image, you can choose the General Availability (GA) option.
