Description
Schedule an action of a guest's host to set that guest's CPU allocation.
Parameters
The following parameters are available for this method:

sessionKey - int
sid- The guest's system ID - int
numOfCpus- The number of virtual CPUs to allocate to the guest

- int
actionID- The action ID for the schedule action on the host system
