4.10. Red Hat Virtualization 4.3 Batch Update 9 (ovirt-4.3.12)

Previously, when performing an upgrade of the Red Hat Virtualization Host, the directory holding configuration files on the Manager was not created correctly.
In this release, the directory is created correctly during an upgrade.

After running engine-setup and upgrading the Red hat Virtualization Manager from 4.3.x to 4.3.x+1, a complete yum update fails due to an Ansible dependency that cannot be satisfied with the current subscription channel.
