23.16. Method: listSystemEntitlements
Description
List each organization's allocation of a system entitlement. If the organization has no allocation for a particular entitlement, it does not appear in the list.
Note
This method is deprecated. Use the
listSystemEntitlements(string sessionKey, string label, boolean includeUnentitled) method.
