Chapter 10. Handling Hosted Engine Deployment Errors

If an error occurs during hosted engine deployment, deployment pauses, and the following message is displayed:

Please check Engine VM configuration
Make a selection from the options below:
(1) Continue setup - Engine VM configuration has been fixed
(2) Abort setup

(2) Abort setup

Error details are then listed in red. You can log in to the hosted engine and attempt to correct the errors to continue setup. Note that you will need to stop and start the ovirt-engine service to apply your corrections before selecting Continue setup.
