3.8. Configuring an MVEL ruleBase

The easiest way to edit these files is through a spreadsheet application such as LibreOffice Calc or Gnumeric. Each rule record contains a rule name and an MVEL expression.
- If you wish to create comment and header rows, prefix the first field with a hash (#) character.
