Appendix A. Vendor-Specific Datasource Definitions

All database deployers should be saved to the $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy/oracle-ds.xml directory on the server. Each deployer file needs to end with the suffix -ds.xml. For instance, an Oracle datasource deployer might be named oracle-ds.xml. If files are not named properly, the are not found by the server.
