3.15. Support Levels and Bug Reporting for JBoss ON 3.3 Beta
JBoss ON 3.3 Beta is available for evaluating new features and for testing performance.
This release is intended as a preview for new functionality in JBoss ON, including structural changes such as the new metrics storage node to store collected metrics.
This is not a final release of JBoss ON, and it is not subject to the same level of support as a general availability (GA) release of JBoss ON.
Note
While there is no service-level agreement for responding to JBoss ON 3.3 Beta issues, support will make a commercially reasonable effort to respond to reported issues within two business days.
Defects and other issues can still be reported with JBoss ON 3.3 Beta, and we encourage you to provide us with any feedback you can offer.
- Select the Red Hat JBoss Operations Network product from the product details area, and then select the 3.3 Beta version.
- Any issue reported for JBoss ON 3.3 Beta must be given a severity value of 4.
- You must already have a current, active subscription for JBoss ON or a managed JBoss product to receive support for JBoss ON 3.3 Beta.
- Issues identified in JBoss ON 3.3 Beta are not guaranteed to be resolved in JBoss ON 3.3 GA.
When installing JBoss ON 3.3 Beta for evaluation, it is critical to remember that there is no upgrade path from JBoss ON 3.3 Beta to JBoss ON 3.3 GA. Any JBoss ON 3.3 Beta servers must be removed, and new JBoss ON 3.3 GA servers installed to use the final version of the product.
