Class	`NotifyFTP`
Purpose	Performs a notification by creating a file containing the ESB message content and transferring it via FTP to a remote file system.
Attributes	None.
Child	FTP
Child Attributes	`URL` – a valid FTP URL `filename` – the name of the file to contain the ESB message content on the remote system
