- Symptom
- While libvirtd should listen on TCP ports for connections, the connections fail:
virsh -c qemu+tcp://host/system

- The libvirt daemon was started without the
--listenoption. Verify this by running this command:ps aux | grep libvirtd

- Start the daemon with the
