Part III. Access control

As a 3scale application programming interface (API) provider, you control access to your API by designating methods for which to capture individual usage details, defining metrics, associating methods and metrics with mapping rules, and creating application plans that set prices and usage limits. Applications plans use data collected for methods and metrics to enforce usage limits.
