Review the supported hardware architectures for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 10 to ensure your infrastructure is compatible before you install or upgrade.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 is distributed with the kernel version 6.12.0, which provides support for the following architectures at the minimum required version (stated in parentheses):
- AMD and Intel 64-bit architectures (x86-64-v3)
- The 64-bit ARM architecture (ARMv8.0-A)
- IBM Power Systems, Little Endian (POWER9)
- 64-bit IBM Z (z14)
