To establish a trust between Active Directory (AD) and Identity Management (IdM), you must use an AD administrator account that possesses the necessary privileges.
The AD administrator account used to establish a trust between AD and IdM must belong to one of the following groups:
- Enterprise Admin group in the AD forest
- Domain Admins group in the forest root domain for your AD forest
