Chapter 25. Make a Snapshot of a Pool
To make a snapshot of a pool, execute:
ceph osd pool mksnap <pool-name> <snap-name>Warning
If you create a pool snapshot, you will never be able to take RBD image snapshots within the pool and it will be irreversible.
