Chapter 8. Cleaning the installer

Using the JBoss EAP Management CLI, you have the capability to discard a candidate server that has been prepared using update or revert commands.

Procedure

  1. Launch the Management CLI: 

    EAP_HOME/bin/jboss-cli.sh
    Copy to Clipboard

  2. Clean the JBoss EAP server:

    1. Clean the installer in a stand-alone server: 

      [standalone@localhost:9990 /] installer clean
      Copy to Clipboard

    2. Clean the installer in a managed domain: 

      [domain@localhost:9990 /] installer clean --host=target-host
      Copy to Clipboard
