print bash completion command

Usage:

openstack complete [-h] [--name <command_name>] [--shell <shell>]

Value	Summary
-h, --help	Show this help message and exit
--name <command_name>	Command name to support with command completion
--shell <shell>	Shell being used. use none for data only (default: bash)
