HAProxy load-balancer instance management
A load-balancing solution must be in place to spread client HTTPS requests across all CDS servers. Red Hat Update Infrastructure5 uses HAProxy by default, but it is up to you to choose what load-balancing solution (for example, the one from the cloud provider) to use during the installation. If HAProxy is used, you must also decide how many nodes to bring in.
If you have CDS nodes in Kubernetes, skip this section.
