33.1. extension list
List API extensions
Usage:
openstack extension list [-h] [-f {csv,json,table,value,yaml}]
[-c COLUMN]
[--quote {all,minimal,none,nonnumeric}]

[--fit-width] [--print-empty]
[--sort-column SORT_COLUMN]
