7.8. Deleting a route
Overview
In some cases you made need to delete an entire route from your routing context. The option on the canvas' context menu makes this easy to do. When you delete a route, all of the nodes the route contains are also deleted.
Note
You can also remove a route from the menu on the menu bar.
Procedure
To delete a route:
- If the routing context contains more than one route, first select the route you want to delete in Outline view.
- Right-click on the canvas to open the context menu.
- Select .
The route is removed from the canvas and from the camelContext.
