3.20. 更便宜的时间调度

在时间和机器上调度所有任务以最大程度降低电源成本。电源价格随时间不同。这是 作业 跃点调度的一种形式。

硬限制:

  • 开始时间限制:每个任务都必须在其最早的开始和最新的开始限制之间启动。
  • 最大容量:不得超过每台机器的每个资源的最大容量。
  • 启动和关闭:每台机器必须在已分配任务的期间内处于活动状态。在任务间,允许闲置它以避免启动和关闭成本。

中等限制:

  • 电源成本:减少整个计划的总电源成本。

    • 机器电源成本:每个活跃或空闲的机器都会消耗电源,这会降低电源成本(取决于该时的电源价格)。
    • 任务电源成本:每个任务都会消耗电源,这会降低电源成本(取决于电源价格)。
    • 机器启动和关闭成本:每次机器启动或关闭时,都会产生额外的成本。

软限制(在原始问题定义中添加):

  • 早期启动:首选更早启动任务,而不是稍后开始。
