Create a pool.
Optional arguments

The owner tenant ID.
- --admin-state-down
Set admin state up to false.
- --description DESCRIPTION
Description of the pool.
- --lb-method {ROUND_ROBIN,LEAST_CONNECTIONS,SOURCE_IP}
The algorithm used to distribute load between the
members of the pool.
- --name NAME
The name of the pool.
- --protocol {HTTP,HTTPS,TCP}
Protocol for balancing.
