LBaaS v2 Create a member.
Positional arguments
- POOL
ID or name of the pool that this member belongs to.
Optional arguments

- --tenant-id TENANT_ID
The owner tenant ID.
- --name NAME
Name of the member.
- --weight WEIGHT
Weight of the member in the pool (default:1,
[0..256]).
- --admin-state-down
Set admin state up to false.
- --subnet SUBNET
Subnet ID or name for the member.
- --address ADDRESS IP
address of the pool member in the pool.
- --protocol-port PROTOCOL_PORT
Port on which the pool member listens for requests or
connections.
