Quality of Service (QoS) refers to the resource control systems that guarantees an optimal experience for all users on a network, making sure that there is no delay, jitter, or packet loss. QoS can be application specific or user / group specific. See Section 23.17.8.14, “Quality of service (QoS)” for more information.
