Join the certification program

To certify your software you must join the Red Hat software certification program. You can use the Red Hat Partner Connect portal to submit your company details and request a partner subscription.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Red Hat Partner Connect portal.
  2. Click Accept Terms and Conditions.
  3. Provide information about your company and product.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Verify your email address by clicking the link in your mailbox.
  6. On the Red Hat Terms and Conditions page, select all I have read and agree to the terms checkboxes.
  7. Click Submit. Red Hat displays a message confirming you became a hardware partner.
  8. Select an option from the How will you use this subscription? drop-down list.
  9. Click Request partner subscription.
  10. On the Red Hat Terms and Conditions page, select all I have read and agree to the terms checkboxes.
    Note

    Red Hat creates your vendor profile and it remains in the Red Hat database. Your Red Hat Partner Subscription (RHPS) account becomes inactive after one year of inactivity. Raise a request to reactivate your RHPS account before beginning certification if you are a returning partner.

    Red Hat notifies the cert-ops team of your details when you activate your RHPS account. This includes Single Sign-on (SSO) information assigned to your account.
