File-Based Catalog Workflow
To use the FBC workflow, first convert your existing non-FBC operator through the onboarding process. If you are certifying a new operator, start directly.
The FBC workflow provides a modular, template-driven structure for managing OpenShift catalogs and supports automatic updates through configuration in the ci.yaml file.
