Component details

Use this tab to set up your product component details. Provide the necessary details in these fields:

Procedure

  1. Image Type:
    1. Select Standalone image if the image can be deployed by your product or directly by users.
    2. Select Component image if the image is only deployed by your product, not by users.
  2. Application categories - Select the application type for your software product.
  3. Host level access:
    1. Select Unprivileged if your container is isolated from the host.
    2. Select Privileged if your container needs special host-level privileges. If your product requires root access, you must select Privileged before running the preflight tool. This setting is subject to Red Hat review.
  4. Release Category:
    1. Select Generally Available for a fully released, supported application.
    2. Select Beta for a pre-release candidate.
