20.4. Red Hat サポート向けの低レイテンシーのチューニングデバッグデータの収集

手順

1. must-gather データを保存するディレクトリーに移動します。

2. 次のコマンドを実行してデバッグ情報を収集します。

   $ oc adm must-gather

3. 作業ディレクトリーに作成された must-gather ディレクトリーから圧縮ファイルを作成します。たとえば、Linux オペレーティングシステムを使用するコンピューターで以下のコマンドを実行します。

   $ tar cvaf must-gather.tar.gz must-gather-local.5421342344627712289//

   • must-gather-local.5421342344627712289//: この値を、must-gather ツールによって作成されたディレクトリー名に置き換えてください。

     注記

     圧縮ファイルを作成して、サポートケースにデータを添付したり、パフォーマンスプロファイルの作成時に Performance Profile Creator ラッパースクリプトで使用したりできます。

4. 圧縮ファイルを Red Hat カスタマーポータル で作成したサポートケースに添付します。
